This training is intended to improve work and collaboration methods in teams made up of members from different cultures. We use an approach based on cultural awareness to bring out possible existing team dysfunctions and turn them into advantages for collaboration within the team improving our efficiency
2. How to set meaningful individual objectives for the year
This training is intended to help professionals specify their annual priorities as well as those of their teams. In addition, we will analyze how we should monitor our objectives during the year and how we should establish follow-up conversations with our manager.
3. How to reflect on our professional development and create our individual development plan (IDP)
During this training we will reflect on our current professional situation with the aim of understanding how to focus our development and how to create our individual development plan (IDP). Am I in a moment of optimal development within my current job? What should be my next professional step? How can I approach him? What is my professional purpose? These are some of the questions that we will try to answer during the session that will help us find the correct development activities to include in our IDP
